Why is Bank of America allowed to rape Americans? They seem to be on a mission to bankrupt America. Home loans are at least 130 days out yet they are spending like crazy advertising to get more. They can’t keep up but don’t want to miss the opportunity to kill your property values. Thats right, they want to lower your value on purpose. That is the way I see it after applying more that 130 days ago and just getting my LOW BALL appraisal recently. We just got reappraised by the County so I was interested in what the Bank of America appraiser had to say. He promised when he was out that he would contact me and let me know but he won’t even return my calls, hmmm seems I paid him… Anyways when I called Bank of America to see what it was I was shocked. My appraisal is $12,000 less than the tax assessor. Well I called a friend of mine who is also an appraiser and asked if I could pay him to do a real appraisal but he informed me he couldn’t. Seems Bank of America only lets Psychic Appraisers work for them. That’s right, he said they wanted him to sign a contract that none of his appraisals would be lower over 5 years which he couldn’t do so he can’t work for Bank of America. So if you decide to use Bank of America for your Re-FY make sure you get some good stock tips or something from their Psychic Appraisers since they know the future. My loan won’t go thru because of this appraiser, I can afford my payments but I can’t help but wonder how many Families these Psychic appraisers have put out in the streets. Bank of America should be forced to allow the customer to hire their own appraiser, and maybe the property values will level off. I have never heard anyone mention this so I figure I will see if others have seen the same thing. Just my Opinion.
